Frequently Asked Questions
Is transportation from the Gili Islands to Bangsal port in Lombok included in the package?
No, transportation from the Gilis to Bangsal port is not included in the package. But don’t worry—it’s very easy to find a speedboat or public ferry, with a travel time of around 30 minutes. We’ll be happy to guide you on the best options.
What time should I book my flight from Labuan Bajo after the tour ends?
The tour typically ends around 13:00 PM in Labuan Bajo. We recommend booking a flight no earlier than 5:00 PM (17:00) to allow time for docking, disembarkation, and transfer to the airport. However, to avoid stress, some travelers choose to stay one night in Labuan Bajo and fly out the next day.
Is it safe for beginners or people who can’t swim?
Yes, it’s generally safe even for beginners or non-swimmers. Life jackets are provided, and the crew is trained for safety. However, we recommend informing the team in advance so they can give extra attention during water activities.
What kind of boat will we be sailing on?
You’ll be on a traditional wooden boat equipped with shared or private cabins (depending on the package), dining area, sun deck, and clean bathroom facilities. Safety equipment and a trained crew are also on board to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey.
